Empowering Tribal Communities: DAJGUA Camp conducted at Chandaji Bandipora

BANDIPORA: As part of the ongoing Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DAJGUA), a special awareness and outreach camp was organized at Chandaji Kralpora in Bonakoot Block of district Bandipora.

The event was organised to empower tribal communities through awareness on various government welfare schemes and developmental initiatives.

On the occasion, officials from various departments including Health, Education, Social Welfare, Rural Development, Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal and Sheep Husbandry, and others participated and provided on-the spot awareness, guidance, and scheme registration support to the local population.

The camp witnessed active public participation, reflecting the growing awareness and enthusiasm among tribal residents toward self-reliance and development.

DAJGUA campaign continues to play a pivotal role in bringing governance to the grassroots and uplifting tribal communities across the district. The ongoing DAJGUA campaign, aims to ensure full coverage of eligible individuals in 31 identified tribal villages of Bandipora, while promoting inclusive development.
