DC Kishtwar inspects, reviews working of offices in District Headquarter Complex

KISHTWAR: Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma today conducted an extensive inspection of the Mini Secretariat, New DC Office Complex, reviewing ongoing departmental operations and engaging directly with staff to understand their work and challenges.
The DC visited all three blocks of the Mini Secretariat and assessed the functioning of the departments, interacted with officers and employees and took stock of the issues being faced by them.
He emphasized the importance of prompt public service delivery, professional conduct and a people-centric approach.
A significant part of the inspection focused on cleanliness and the upkeep of the Secretariat premises. The DC issued on-the-spot directions to ensure hygienic working conditions and stressed that a clean environment enhances both productivity and public trust.
He assured the staff that genuine administrative and infrastructural concerns would be addressed in a timely manner. He also encouraged them to maintain efficiency, discipline and accountability in their daily operations.
The DC was accompanied by ADC Pawan Kotwal, ACR Idrees Lone, PO ICDS Rishi Kumar Sharma, Dr. besides other officers.
