Reasi Administration hosts training programme on e-Office 2.0

REASI: In a progressive move towards fostering digital governance and enhancing administrative efficiency, the District Administration Reasi, under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Nidhi Malik today organized an Orientation-cum-Training Programme on the implementation of e-Office 2.0.
The session was conducted at the DC Office Complex and was attended by nominated Master Trainers and help-desk officials from different departments.
Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Sukhdev Singh Samyal chaired the training session.
The training programme marks a pivotal step in the district's transition towards a more transparent, efficient and paperless administrative ecosystem. The initiative aims to equip government employees at the Tehsil and Block levels with the skills and knowledge required to effectively operate the e-Office platform.
Participants received comprehensive hands-on training on the features and functionalities of e-Office 2.0. The session covered key aspects such as document workflow management, on-boarding procedures, digital file processing, system navigation and resolution of common operational queries.
The ADDC emphasized the administration's commitment to digital transformation and the importance of officials becoming proficient with the new system. The program was conducted by technical experts from NIC and the Information Technology Department.
District Informatics Officer Asheesh Dogra, an IT expert from information technology department played a key role in delivering technical insights and facilitating smooth understanding of the platform's capabilities.
