ACF Ramban prohibits sale of unsafe Masala Tikki

RAMBAN: Assistant Commissioner Food Safety (Designated Officer) Ramban has prohibited the sale of Suraj Masala Tikki in the District till further orders.

As per the order Food safety Officer Block Ramban lifted a Sample of the Masala Tikki, which has been declared unsafe by Food Analyst Food Testing Laboratory Jammu.

"Now, in exercise of powers conferred under section 36(3)(b)and in interest of general public health, Assistant Commissioner Food Safety (Designated Officer) Ramban hereby prohibited the sale of food product under reference in the Ramban District till further orders" the order stated .
