DC Poonch inspects progress of finishing work at Mini Secretariat

POONCH: Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal today conducted an extensive inspection of the new Mini Secretariat complex to take stock of the final works, The vital facility is aimed to enhance the efficiency of services delivery to the citizens.

"The establishment of the Mini Secretariat housing the offices of majority of government departments will ensure that the citizens of the district can avail all services under one roof. It will significantly improve governance and enhance service delivery at the grassroots level," stated Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal.

During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner asked the executing agency to expedite the remaining work on the project. He emphasized that the new Mini Secretariat, which will consolidate government offices into a single building, is expected to be operational soon, promoting enhanced public service delivery and greater transparency in governmental operations.

The Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, DSWO, EXEN PWD, ACR, and other District Officers during the visit.
