DC Reasi reviews Rent Assessment and Change of Land Use Cases

REASI: The Deputy Commissioner of Reasi, Vishesh Mahajan, chaired a meeting of the District Level Committee to discuss cases related to Rent Assessment and Change of Land Use (CLU) in the district.

The committee reviewed a total of nine Rent Assessment cases. After thorough deliberation on various aspects of the policy, six cases were approved, while three cases were deferred for further consideration.

In the Change of Land Use segment of the meeting, two cases were presented for discussion. Of these, one case was approved, and one case was rejected.

During the meeting, the DC emphasized the importance of adhering to the guidelines and policies while considering CLU cases.

ACR Anshumali Sharma, PO Poshan Mohammad Anwar Banday, Executive Engineers and other concerned officers were present.
