JU observes Martyrs Day

JAMMU: To commemorate the ideals and Philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi, on Martyrs Day, the Post Graduate Department of Education, University of Jammu in collaboration with SITJKC observed the day of remembrance of countless sacrifices of the Father of the Nation, Rashtriya Pita Mahatma Gandhi who laid down his life for nation's peace and prosperity.

The activities undertaken by the students & scholars during the event include the famous bhajans of Mahatma Gandhi, poster presentation, inspirational quotes in different languages of the region, motivational thoughts and a role play based on the sacrifices of Mahatma Gandhi.
