DLSA Kupwara organizes awareness programme at GDC Sogam

KUPWARA: District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Kupwara today organised an awareness programme on "Women Led Development in the context of recently held G20 meetings" at Govt Degree College, Sogam.

The programme was organized in collaboration with District Hub for Empowerment of Women and Department of Skill Development.

The programme was attended by Female Students, Faculty Members, staff members of the college and Para Legal Volunteers.

Resource Persons Tawseef Raja (Asst. LADC, DLSA Kupwara), Advocate Nibash Hassan (Panel Lawyer), Shugufta Banday (Gender Specialist, DHEW) delivered elaborative speeches on the said topic.

Vice Principal Degree College, Sogam also enlightened the audience with her ideas during her speech.

Students, College Administration hailed the efforts of District Legal Services Authority, Kupwara for organising awareness programmes in educational institutions and remotest corners of the district.
