Two-week online faculty development programme concludes at CUJ

JAMMU: Two-Week Online Faculty Development Programme in Chemistry and Allied Sciences FDPCAS - 2023 (Refresher Course) organized by the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Sciences, Central University of Jammu during 26th October-08th November, 2023 successfully concluded.
The program was organized under the patronage of Vice Chancellor Prof. Sanjeev Jain.
Prof. V. Sridharan, Head, Department of Chemistry and Chemical Sciences, Central University of Jammu was the Convenor and Dr. Princy Gupta, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry and Chemical Sciences, Central University of Jammu was the Co-convener of this FDP.
The faculty members of Chemistry and other allied subjects of Colleges/Universities, early-career researchers, academicians and other participants had a great opportunity to learn from an esteemed panel of experts who delivered talks on various emerging areas of chemistry and shared their experiences and perspectives relating to newer methods/techniques used in teaching and research.
During this FDP, a panel of 34 speakers from well reputed institutions including IISc, IITs, IISERs, Central and State Universities delivered Invited talks.
The valedictory session was concluded by Prof. V. Sridharan who presented detailed report of this Two-Week Online FDP. Dr. Princy Gupta, Co-Convener of the FDP presented the formal vote of thanks.
About 36 participants from different parts of the country participated in this FDP.
