Trinity College London Examinations 2023 held at Jodhamal Public School

JAMMU: Jodhamal Public School, the first registered examination centre for the prestigious Trinity College London Examinations in Jammu and Kashmir conducted the Trinity Assessments in Communication Skills and Young Performers Certificate (Bronze level) from October 25 to 28, 2023.

Around 200 students from different grades appeared for the exams. These exams are specifically designed to help students' progress. They inspire the learners and mark their achievement at each stage of their development and at all levels of competence with an added benefit of easing away shyness & stage fright.

The Trinity College London Examiner Peter Thomson arrived at the School for the Assessments for the year 2023-24.

Thomson is a writer, director and actor. He went up to Oxford University as a Choral Scholar and finished as an English Scholar. Having worked extensively as a director, both in repertory and fringe productions, Peter Thomson has produced over 30 plays on BBC radio and 15 stage plays in theatres around the UK. Besides, he has worked both as a teacher and director in several drama schools and universities.

He was the head of Postgraduate Acting at Guildford School of Acting, and has been a visiting lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia, and in Theatre Studies at the University of Surrey and Roehampton Institute.

Coordinator), Meenu Kesar, Chetna Bhat, Porshia Kapoor, Vandana Sharma, Kritima Sharma, Suvidha Anand, Bandana Sharma, Surakhraj Kapoor, Sakshi Sharma, Manvinder Kaur, Harmeet Raina, Neeshu Dogra, Navneet Kaur, Vinti Bhasin, Christina, Namra Owaris, Mehak Dogra, Shirin Misri, Harneet Manocha. Deepika, Preeti Puri, Priyanka Verma, Gagandeep Kaur, Anjali Gupta left no stone unturned in mentoring the students to develop these transferable skills required both for academic as well as real life situations.

The examination was well coordinated by Area Coordinators Smriti Malhotra, Sarojj Kumari, Neetu Johri and Trinity Coordinator Tamana Pandohi.

The trustee, Nandan Kuthiala and the Principal, Girish Kumar presented Thomson a memento and applauded the relentless efforts put in by the students and the teachers-in-charge for guiding the students as per the structured framework designed by Trinity, an organisation of international repute.
