Heritageans shine at Global Genesis School Noida MUN Conference

JAMMU: The students of Heritage School Jammu added another feather to the school's cap by their remarkable performance at the Global Genesis School Noida Model United Nations (MUN) conference, held from October 13th to 15th 2023.
Two outstanding delegates from The Heritage School Jammu, Vivek Singh and Devang Uttama, represented their school at the UN Women committee during the Genesis MUN hosted by Genesis Global School in Noida.
This event provided a platform for students to engage in insightful discussions on gender equality and women's empowerment.
Vivek Singh represented the United States, while Devang Uttama took on the role of China. Throughout the conference, these delegates displayed exceptional research skills, diplomatic finesse, and exemplary public speaking abilities.
Their dedication and expertise caught the attention of the chairpersons and their fellow delegates, ultimately leading them to secure Special Mention awards in recognition of their outstanding performance.
Beyond their achievements in formal proceedings, Vivek and Devang also had an enriching and enjoyable experience at the conference. They had the opportunity to forge new friendships with students from diverse backgrounds, both from within India and abroad. This cultural exchange allowed them to gain fresh insights and perspectives on global issues.
