Jodhamal Juniors celebrate Grandparents' Day

Sep 26, 2023
JAMMU: Recently, Jodhamal Public School celebrated Grandparents' Day with remarkable zest to show the love, affection and gratitude towards their elders.
School had put up a wonderful show where the little ones surprised each and every one by putting up scintillating performances for their beloved grandparents.
The programme kick-started with the Krishna Vandana, which invoked the blessings of the Almighty. Hoola Hoop, Folk Dance, and Patriotic theme dance were the highlights of the show.
Zumba and free style dance performances presented by the little kids stole the show, followed by a party song by our juniors. Each item was a notch better than the other as the children wanted to showcase their love towards their Grandpaas & Grandmaas.
Games and Fun-items arranged for the beloved grandparents brought about a mystical feel, bringing everybody closer to each other as they thoroughly enjoyed the activities.
Active participation of all the grandparents in the games showed that age is just a number, and can never curb the zeal. The JMPians made everyone sway and enter their world of fun and frolic, thus making the Grandparents' Day a huge success.
The programme began with lighting of the auspicious lamp by the Chief Guest, Amit Sharma, Guest of Honour, Lalima Sambyal (Interior Designer), Nandan Kuthiala (Trustee) and Arati Kuthiala (Director).
