DC Samba reviews functioning of Govt Industrial Training Institute

SAMBA: Deputy Commissioner Samba, Abhishek Sharma, along with Tehsildar Headquarters, Mohit Gupta today visited Government Industrial Training Institute Samba and took stock of the functioning of the Institution.

The DC inspected different workshops of the Institute and appreciated the training Facilities being provided to the trainees. He stressed that the true benefit of the demographic dividend can only be attained, if the young population is properly skilled in this digital age.

The Deputy Commissioner interacted with the trainees and Staff members and exhorted instructors to provide quality and relevant training to the trainees.

He instructed Superintendent Government ITI Samba to provide training to the trainees in such a way that trainees are industry ready by the time they pass out from the Institute.
