Corporate Guest Lecture on Sales Tools and techniques organised by the Business School, Bhaderwah Campus

BHADERWAH: The Business School, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu organised a Corporate Guest Lecture for the students of MBA, BBA and B. Com Hons.
Ravi Kumar Sharma, Branch Head, J&K Bank , Pranoo was the invited speaker of the event. The event started with a formal welcome address by Dr. Rohit Bhagat, Head of the Department who welcomed the worthy guest and introduced the key speaker by highlighting his significant accomplishments.
Dr. Bhagat, also welcomed other faculty members and the students of the Business School for the guest lecture. He briefed the audience about the theme of the lecture.
Dr. Meenakshi Nargotra presented a bouquet as token of love to the invited guest.
The key note speaker is a manager/branch head, J&K Bank, Pranoo, district Doda. He possesses a vast experience in the field of banking services.
Speaking on the occasion he talked about important financial aspects like CRR, SLR, repo rate, reverse repo rate, financial inclusion, inflation, monetary policy, fiscal policy.
Apart from that he also highlighted various schemes offered by J&K bank for promoting and developing entrepreneurs. He further put light on the avenues and opportunities for women entrepreneurs.
The guest lecture was followed by an interactive session with the students of The Business School, wherein all the students participated actively. The students asked several questions to which the speaker has answered very courteously.
The motivation for organising the event came from the support and guidance of Professor Rahul Gupta, Rector of Bhaderwah Campus.
Prof. Rahul Gupta is the prominent spur behind this event and has kindled broader vision amongst the students of this campus.
The invited talk was attended by all the faculty members of the department including Dr. Umesh Choudhary, Dr. Rohit Bhagat, Dr. Meenakshi Nargotra, Dr. Surekha, Mr Amit, Ms Sonia, Rajinder Kumar.
The formal proceedings of the event were carried out by Dr. Surekha. In the end, Dr. Umesh Choudhary, senior faculty of TBS presented a formal vote of thanks and assured the audiences that the tradition of organising such talks and corporate lectures in The Business School, Bhaderwah Campus shall be the priority of the TBS, Bhaderwah Campus for the holistic development of our budding managers.
