JAMMU: Rahul Sahai, the Chair of PHDCCI Jammu Chapter, met with R K Singh, Joint Secretary DPIIT, and Dr Kajal, Director DPIIT, Government of India, to discuss the New Central Sector Scheme for Industrial Development of J&K.

As per a statement, Sahai raised several issues related to industries in J&K and recommended various measures to expedite the process of industrial development in the region. He stressed the need for coordination between DPIIT and other UT's Departments, such as industry, power and revenue, to address issues related to industrial development in the region.
