Change of Land Use: DLC approves one case in Rajouri

RAJOURI: The District Level Committee on change of land use in Rajouri approved one case of conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural use.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal and held a thorough discussion on the applications received online from across the district.

After a threadbare discussion, the committee approved one case of conversion for non-agricultural purposes. Necessary directions were issued to the concerned departments to ensure timely issuance of No Objection Certificates after proper verification of documents and rules under land conversion Regulations 2022.

Officers who attended the meeting included CEO Rajouri Development Authority, Vivek Puri; Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Imran Rashid Kataria; Superintending Engineer PWD, Kamal Kishore; SE Hydraulics, Bharam Jyoti Sharma; SE PDD, Anupam Koul; Chief Agriculture Officer, Sohan Singh; DIO, Muzaffar Mir and other concerned officers.
