PSPS GCW Gandhinagar organises One day Workshop on Film Making

JAMMU: The Department of Punjabi and IQAC of Padma Shri Padma Sachdev Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar organised a one-day workshop on the theme "Film making: Process and Techniques".

The workshop was conducted under the guidance of the Principal, Prof Minu Mahajan and coordinated by Head of the Punjabi Department, Dr Kusum.

Dr Baljit Singh Raina, a well-renowned actor, writer, director and President of Punjabi Lekhak Saba Jammu was the resource person for the day. He delivered an interactive lecture on film making and highlighted key areas and techniques. Dr Raina also motivated students to take part in creative endeavours.

Prof Minu Mahajan encouraged students to make the most out of the interactive session and give wings to their creativity.

Dr Kusum conducted the proceedings of the workshop and Rasmeen Kour presented the formal vote of thanks.

The workshop was attended by students and faculty members of the institution.
