BOMIS organises ‘Kids Fiesta'

JAMMU: 200 kids participated in ‘Kids Fiesta' organised by Birla Open Minds International School on Sunday.

The students of age group 3 to 6 got the taste of 'Kids Fiesta' organised by the teachers of Birla Open Minds International School Jammu.

It was a special celebration in which kids were encouraged to outpour their artistic skills. They were allowed to participate in as many events as they can.

Fun-filled activities like a favourite song, identify rhymes with character, dancing, identify jingles and song singing competition were organised. Few students tapped their feet to the various dance forms like pop, western, folk etc.

The students were enthralled to watch different games in kids zone. They were in for a special treat as the different interesting games captured their attention and curiosity.

The programme kept them deeply engrossed and they applauded the performances with claps and loud cheers. From food packets, to classes, to those endless hours of fun with their peer group. This was a very distinct kid's Fiesta, one that will probably remain etched in the young minds.
Paediatrician and Gyane check up was also conducted for kids along with their parents.

The school complimented students for wonderful and active participation in various events. Students with maximum number of participation were rewarded with certificates.

In the end, Guest of honour declared that Super boy and Super girl will get costumes, gifts and certificate s from Soulmates Events.

The Principal of the school, Aparana Kohli declared that Super boy and Super girl will get costumes, gifts and certificates and appreciated the efforts of the teachers and said that it not only gave an enjoyable time to the students but also acted as a device to change the entire atmosphere creating more possibilities for creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and curiosity.
