DPS Jammu wins Gold medals in Pencak Silat Championship

JAMMU: Students of Delhi Public School Jammu brought laurels to the Institution and their parents by winning Gold medals in 10th National Pencak Silat Championship, organized by Maharashtra Pencak Silat Association at Nanded from January 13 to 16.

Mahika Sharma (VIII) won Gold medal in sub-junior weight category 39-43 kg, while Divyani Singh (VIII) also secured Gold medal in sub-junior weight category 33 kg and Rigved (VIII) clinched Gold medal in sub-junior weight category 62-63 kg.

Principal-DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners for their glorious achievement and encouraged them to continue in the field of sports with the same spirit.
