PSPS GCW, Gandhi Nagar organised 'Name Your Eco-club' contest

JAMMU: 'Name Your Eco-club' competition was organized on 23rd November, 2022 by the Eco-club of the college, to spread awareness among the students and further boost the activities of the Eco-club.

A total of 13 students participated in the competition conducted in the Department of Botany.

The Jury members for competition were Prof. Mala Bhasin, Dr. Vijender Kumar and Dr. Bhagwati Devi.

The students who bagged 1st three positions were Savi, Manasvee Choudhary and Vanshika.

The jury recommended the name 'Harshyaali' for the Eco-club of the college

Prof. Minu Mahajan, principal of the college applauded the Ecoclub for conducting such awareness activities.

She congratulated the winners and encouraged the students to inculcate the eco-friendly behavior in their day to day routine.

The activity was well coordinated by Dr. Harjeet Sodhi (Convener, Eco-club) and other members including Dr. Rahul Sharma, Prof. Nisha Bhagat, Prof. Shivani Sawhney, Prof. Eisha Gohil, Dr. Suraj Mohani, Prof. Sugandha Mahajan, Prof. Swarn Singh and Dr. Ravinder Kumar.
