DEO Udhampur reviews progress of Special Summary Revision 2022

UDHAMPUR: To review Tehsil wise progress of Special Summary Revision 2022 in the District, Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur Krittika Jyotsna, who is also District Election Officer, chaired a meeting of officers of different departments, here in the Mini Conference Hall DC Office Complex.

Detailed discussions were held on a wide range of issues, including the provisions and parameters of Special Summary Revision and the progress achieved in the district so far.

The DEO exhorted the EROs, AEROs, to complete the revision of the special summary including addition of new voters/left out voters and deletion of duplicate voters before the assigned due date. She further asked the officers to activate men and machinery and complete the process of SSR 2022 within the given timeline.

ADC was asked to submit a report on a daily basis, while all the officers and Officials associated with the SSR were directed to work with dedication and zeal to complete the exercise in a time bound manner with 100 percent enrolment of eligible voters.
