DC Kishtwar interacts with ex-servicemen

Listens to their grievances, assures time bound redressal

KISHTWAR: To connect with army Veterans, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr Devansh Yadav today held an interaction with Ex- Serviceman of district Kishtwar here at Conference Hall of DC office complex.

During the interaction, the Ex- Serviceman apprised DC Kishtwar about their demands pertaining to the functioning of Zilla Sainik Board and ECHS (Health Polyclinic), Hostel facility for the wards of Ex-serviceman of far-flung area in the district headquarter, conduct of Army recruitment drive on the lines of other districts, renewal of Arm license, Quota in KVs, besides projecting the issue of low wages to security guards in CVPPL and NHPC.

After listening to their issues, the Deputy Commissioner assured them that their issues will be taken up with concerned quarters for time bound redressal.

The DC urged Ex-Serviceman to motivate youth of their area to stay away from illegal activities like drug abuse etc.
