Closing ceremony of Trekking expedition held at Gurez

BANDIPORA: The District Youth Services and Sports office Bandipora on Saturday organised a colourful closing ceremony of trekking expedition at Dak Banglow, Gurez.

The Trekking expedition was earlier flagged-off by Deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed from Mini Secretariat Bandipora.

SDM Gurez Dr. Mudasir was chief guest during the closing ceremony while Army Officers, ZEO Gurez, Civil society members and officials from Sub Divisional Administration were present on this occasion.

SDM Gurez on the occasion stressed for conducting more such trekking expeditions in future also. He urged students to take part in such activities for overall physical and mental development.

The programme also witnesses felicitation of students with certificates and trophies.
