Debris on Khekshe Zachaldara road to be cleared soon

KUPWARA: Following representation by public regarding the debris on Khekshe Zachaldara road, the ADC Handwara, Nazir Ahmad Mir today convened a meeting of concerned officers to resolve the issue.

The meeting held threadbare discussion regarding the accumulation of the debris on Khekhse Zachaldar road.

The Executive Engineer PMGSY was directed to clear the debris from the spot within a week's time, besides, he was instructed to take necessary action for raising a protection wall to stop further land sliding on the spot.

The concerned DFO and Mining Department was directed to issue necessary NOCs to the PMGSY Handwara for clearing the debris.

DFO Langate, Ex. Engineer PMGSY Handwara, Tehsildar Zachaldara, Representative from DMO Office Kupwara and other concerned attended the meeting.
