Udhampur Campus, JU celebrates 76th Independence Day

UDHAMPUR: Udhampur Campus, University of Jammu celebrated Independence Day on 15th August, 2022 with great patriotic favour and zeal.

Professor Parikshat Singh Manhas, Rector Udhampur Campus accompanied by staff members, students and non-teaching staff hoisted the tricolour followed by National Anthem. Local people from the adjoining villages also joined in the clelebrations

Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, Professor Umesh Rai also sent his greetings and warm wishes to the teachers, students and non-teaching staff on the occasion.

Professor Parikshat Singh Manhas speaking on the occasion urged students to realize, understand and cherish our coveted freedom and work towards a progressive nation.

He extended his warm greetings on the occasion.

The function ended with distribution of sweets amongst the gathering.
