Mirzapur 2's Lalit AKA Brahma Mishra mysteriously found dead in his Mumbai flat

MUMBAI: Brahma Mishra, who played the role of Lalit, Munna Bhaiya's friend in the web series Mirzapur, has passed away.
According to reports, on November 29, the actor complained of chest pain and visited a doctor. He was sent home after the doctor gave him some gas medicine. However, he was later found dead at home. On Thursday, December 2, the police found his semi-decomposed body from his flat in Versova, Mumbai.
The body has now been sent for an autopsy at Dr. Cooper Hospital.
Actor Divyenndu, who played Munna Bhaiya in Mirzapur, confirmed his death on Instagram. Sharing a picture with Brahma, Divyenndu wrote, "RIP Brahma Mishra. Our Lalit is no more. Let's pray for him everyone (sic)."
The unfortunate news was also shared by Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment on social media as they expressed their grief over the actor's untimely demise. Sharing a photo of Brahma Mishra, the post read, "We are deeply saddened by the untimely demise of #BramhswaroopMishra. Our condolences are with his family and friends. May he rest in peace (sic)."
Brahma Mishra is best known for his roles in films such as Manjhi: The Mountain Man, Dangal, Kesari and the web series Mirzapur. More details about his death are awaited.
