GANDERBAL: A drug de-addiction awareness programme was organized today at JK Sainik School Manasbal Ganderbal with the aim of educating students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and promoting a healthy, drug free lifestyle.
The event was attended by students, faculty members, and resource persons from different departments, health, police, education and excise department.
Resource persons from various departments spoke during the session and highlighted their perspectives on the issue. They shared real-life experiences, medical facts, and social impacts of substance abuse. The speakers urged students to stay away from this dangerous habit, stating that drugs are ruining lives and destroying the future of young people.
Interactive sessions, question-answer rounds were also part of the event, making it engaging and informative for students.
The programme concluded with a strong message from the staff and students, to say no to drugs and be responsible citizens who contribute positively to society.' |
