JAMMU: In a solemn gesture of solidarity and respect, Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today visited the residence of Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa (JKAS), Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Rajouri, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty due to cross-border shelling in Rajouri.

Expressing profound grief over the untimely loss, the Chief Secretary extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, acknowledging the officer's exceptional dedication and sacrifice. He emphasized that Dr. Thapa's service to the community and his unwavering commitment towards his responsibilities will always be remembered with deep respect and admiration.

On the occasion, Dulloo observed that his service and sacrifice will never be forgotten. The government stands firmly with his family in this hour of grief, he added.
