KISHTWAR: In line with the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Rajesh Kumar Shavan, the Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Kishtwar, Idrees Lone conducted a comprehensive inspection of works from Kuleed Chowk to Saffron Development Park, Berwar.

The inspection primarily focused on critical civic infrastructure and road inspection including pothole repairs and drain maintenance.

The ACR issued clear directions to the GREF team to expedite pothole-filling operations and ensure timely desilting of drainage channels to prevent waterlogging and ensure smooth commuter movement, especially in light of various upcoming Yatras including Shree Machail Mata Ji Yatra 2025.

The ACR also reviewed ongoing measures to curb encroachments along the route, emphasizing the importance of maintaining unhindered access to public infrastructure. He called for coordinated efforts among departments to safeguard public assets and uphold the convenience and safety of the general public.

The ACR was accompanied by Tehsildar Kishtwar Nirbhay Sharma, RDD officials and GREF Team besides other concerned staff.
