BUDGAM: In connection with the upcoming 2nd National Lok-Adalat scheduled on 10th May, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Budgam successfully concluded 02 days Pre Lok Adalat on Tuesday.

The said Pre Lok Adalat was held under the directions and supervision of O.P Bhagat, Chairman DLSA (Ld. Pr. District & Sessions Judge) Budgam and under the guidance of Nusrat Ali Hakak, Secretary DLSA Budgam.

The two days Pre-Lok Adalat was scheduled for the amicable settlement/compromise of pre-litigation matters (PHE, BSNL etc) at ADR Centre, Budgam for which one bench was constituted which was presided over by Nusrat Ali Hakak (Secretary DLSA) and was assisted by Javaid Ahmad Mir, Deputy LADC.

Overall 1395 Pre-Litigation matters were taken up by the said bench, out of which a maximum number of cases got settled and the said Pre Lok Adalat was very successful.
