SHOPIAN: In line with the directions of Director AYUSH J&K, Dr. Nuzhat Bashir Shah, a series of health and wellness activities were organized across Shopian to promote preventive healthcare and holistic well-being.

Free Anemia screening cum medicine distribution camp was held at AYUSH Health and Wellness Centre Sedow.

Similarly another camp held at Government Middle School Sedow, featured free hemoglobin testing, distribution of necessary medicines, and health counseling.

The initiatives benefitted students and members of the local community by raising awareness about anemia and ensuring early detection and management.

Also, Morning Yoga Session organized by the AYUSH Health and Wellness Centre Reshinagri at Government Higher Secondary School Ramnagri witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and teaching staff. It aimed to encourage the integration of yoga into daily routines for improved physical and mental health.
