AYUSH Department imparts training to paramedical staff at Ramban

RAMBAN: AYUSH Department today organized a comprehensive training session to enhance the skills of paramedical staff, Multi-Purpose Workers (MPWs), field staff and outsourced attendants here under the directives of Deputy Commissioner Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary.

The session was led by a team of resource persons comprising Dr. Masood Iqbal, Dr. Neeta Devi, besides data management expert Prince Trakroo and Sajid Hussain, who covered key aspects of healthcare services delivery.

District Nodal Officer Yoga Dr. Masood Iqbal advised medical staff to strive to develop professionalism and perfection in delivery of healthcare, while Dr. Neeta Devi focused on preventive care and community health literacy. Prince Trakroo trained participants on data management and digital record-keeping and Sajid Hussain demonstrated methods to promote AYUSH services and achieve Performance-Based Incentives for AHWCs.

The interactive session concluded with a Q&A segment, where participants engaged in discussions and provided positive feedback on the training's effectiveness. The initiative marked a significant step in strengthening the paramedical workforce and improving healthcare services in Ramban.
