JAMMU: In a spirited display of national pride and unity, the Central University of Jammu under the patronage of Prof. Sanjeev Jain, Vice Chancellor has actively participated in the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, a significant initiative under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
This nationwide campaign, aimed at celebrating India's 78th Independence Day on August 15, 2024, highlights the importance of national unity and the spirit of freedom.
Dr. Ritu Bakshi, Dean Student's welfare, Dr. Sujata Kundan, NSS Coordinator; Dr. Kiran PO 1 NSS; and Dr. Rajan Badyal, Public Relations Officer, Central University of Jammu, led a dynamic team of NSS volunteers to distribute the national flag (Tiranga) in the nearby village of Suchani today.
The initiative was warmly received by the local community, with enthusiastic participation in displaying the national flag at their homes.
