KISHTWAR: Chief Education Officer Kishtwar, Prahlad Bhagat, chaired a significant meeting focusing on key aspects crucial for the seamless functioning of schools in the coming days.

The meeting involved discussions on ensuring fundamental facilities such as proper sanitation (toilets), access to clean water, and uninterrupted electricity across all schools to facilitate the smooth conduct of the imminent Election.

Among the critical points deliberated upon was the sensitization of Superintendents appointed for the SSRB Panchayat Secretary Exam scheduled to take place on 10-12-2023. The objective was to ensure they are well-prepared and informed for their roles in the examination process.

Additionally, Principal and Zonal Education Officers received directives during the meeting to expedite the timely completion of the Taalash Survey, specifically focusing on identifying and addressing the issue of Out-of-School Children.

Chief Education Officer Prehlad Bhagat emphasized the significance of these measures in maintaining the integrity of the education system and ensuring a conducive environment for both learning and administrative processes within the educational institutions of Kishtwar.
