SRINAGAR: Atleast four persons are feared dead after a vehicle they were travelling in met with an accident near Zojila Pass on Srinagar-Leh highway on Thursday afternoon.

Reports said that a car on way from Kargil to Srinagar rolled down into a deep gorge near Zojila Pass.

A rescue operation has been started, they said.

It is believed that four persons were travelling in the ill fated cab.

Pertinent to mention, two days before a vehicle fell into a gorge at Zojila Pass resulting in the death of four tourists from Kerala and a local driver.
