RAJOURI: The Viksit Bharat Yatra, an extensive 72-day outreach and awareness campaign, today reached the block Doongi and Pangrain in Rajouri district.

This remarkable initiative aims to promote various government schemes and ensure the maximum reach and benefits of flagship programs to all targeted beneficiaries within a specified timeframe.

With great enthusiasm and active participation, the ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) in the district commenced its scheduled activities in different Panchayats. The event witnessed the wholehearted involvement of the public and Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) from the surrounding areas, showcasing the community's strong support for the development and progress of the nation.

The Viksit Bharat sankalp yatra took center stage as the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Vans traversed through the scenic locations of Narian Parli and Sangpur in the block Doongi, as well as the picturesque areas of Tunditrar and Pallulian in the Block Pangrain. These vans, equipped with state-of-the-art audio-video facilities, served as mobile information hubs, engaging the local residents and disseminating knowledge-rich content about the government schemes and programs.

At each location, the Yatra was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm by PRIs, senior citizens, government officials, and the local residents.

The community members eagerly gathered to witness the enlightening audio-video presentations showcased on the Special IEC Vans. Additionally, they had the privilege of listening attentively to a recorded video message from the esteemed Prime Minister, emphasizing the significance and impact of the campaign.
