High Court defers hearing on Ch Lal Singh to April 20

JAMMU: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh didn't hear Enforcement Directorate's plea for cancellation of bail granted to former Minister Ch Lal Singh.

"Due to paucity of time, the matter could not be heard today", read the order of Justice Sanjay Dhar. Now, the plea has been listed on April 20, 2024.
