Heritage School organises Career Counselling workshop for students

JAMMU: Heritage School organized an impactful Career Counselling and Motivational Talk for the students of classes 9 to 11.

The resources person on this occasion as Arvind Mahajan, Administrative Officer of Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM Jammu). Earlier, he was HR Head Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, Katra.

Mahajan is a distinguished career counsellor, mentor and coach, known for empowering numerous students and professionals to realize their professional aspirations.

During this enlightening session, Mahajan conducted Psychometric Tests aimed at evaluating the aptitude and abilities of students concerning various career options. This holistic approach was aimed to provide personalized guidance for each participant, shedding light on their most suitable career pathways.

The event served as an invaluable platform for students to glean insights, receive expert guidance and navigate their journey toward a successful and fulfilling career. The comprehensive session encompassed essential elements such as career choices, skill development, goal setting and the indispensable role of self-motivation in achieving significant milestones.
