Directs line deptts to fast track process of issuance of NOCs

POONCH: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Inder Jeet today chaired a meeting of Single Window Committe regarding the issuance of NOCs for Limestone Blocks at Fazlabad and Dharamore Tehsil Surankote here at conference Hall of DC Office Poonch.

During the meeting, a detailed discussion on the process of issuance of NOCs for E-Auction of Dara Morha Limestone Block and Fazlabaad limestone block at Bufliaz held .

Deputy Commissioner impressed upon members to take all necessary steps needed for facilitation of mining leases of E-Auction.

Speaking on the importance of lime stone block and various prospects associated with its leasing process, deputy commissioner issued directions to the committee which included representatives of Pollution Control Board, revenue, DMO and other concerned department to ensure coherence and vitality of the whole process and report at an earliest.

The Deputy Commissioner further issued direction to the Tehsildar Surankote, Xen PHE, Xen PDD and concerned along with DMO to visit on the Limestone Block located at Fazlabad and Daramore area of tehsil surankote for the issuance of NOCs to be fast tracked.

The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Tahir Mustafa Malik, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Zaheer Ahmed Kaifi, Tehsildar Surankote, Mohd. Akbar, Xen PDD, Irshad Hussain, Xen PHE, Riaz Ahmed, Xen PWD, Prem Kumar, Xen I&FC, Vaneet Vaid, Chief Horticulture Officer, Sanjeev Sharma, Chief Agriculture Officer, Rakesh Kumar, District Mineral Officer, Javid Iqbal, District Soil Conservation Officer, Devinder Magotra,

AD fisheries, AD Tourism, District Pollution Control Board, Wildlife Warden besides other concerned were present in the meeting.
