JAMMU: Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Neena Gupta of Ward 50 started drainage work in Sector-3, Channi Himmat which will be completed at an estimated cost of Rs. 12 lakh.

Completion of the work will fulfil the long pending demand of residents of the area.

Speaking on the occasion Neena Gupta assured that all the pending developmental works in the Ward like that of internal roads, street lights and lanes-drains will be taken up at the earliest.

A large number of locals were also present on the occasion and prominent among them were Balwan Singh, Trishula Gupta, Kamlesh Mangotra, Prem Sagar, Manjeet Kour, Mohit, Pawan Kumar and Susheela.
