ANANTNAG: As part of the ongoing Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan, a 15-day outreach campaign aimed at empowering tribal communities, district administration Anantnag today organized mega awareness and benefit saturation camps across various panchayats of the district.

The camps witnessed enthusiastic participation from the local tribal population.

Resource persons from multiple government departments engaged with the attendees, providing comprehensive information on a wide range of welfare schemes and services.

During the camps, officials spread awareness about social security, livelihood, and skill development programmes, and also addressed public grievances raised by the community members. A number of issues were redressed on the spot, reflecting the administration's commitment to responsive governance.

As part of the Dharti Aaba Janbhagidari Abhiyan, district administration is organizing similar camps across all identified locations in the district. These outreach programmes will continue until June 30, 2025, with the goal of ensuring that no tribal household remains deprived of the benefits of government schemes.

DAJGU Abhiyan is being closely monitored by the District Development Commissioner, Anantnag, through regular reviews and field visits, ensuring transparency, effective implementation, and saturation of services.
