KUPWARA: On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan, awareness cum registration camp was held today at village Ougbal in Kupwara block to provide mass awareness about various centrally sponsored schemes under the ongoing ‘Dharti Aaba Abhiyan'.
The camp saw participation of BDO and officers from line departments and a large number of people.
During the campaign, on-spot services were provided to ensure immediate and effective benefit delivery to eligible beneficiaries. Key services delivered included the issuance of Aadhaar Cards, PMJAY Golden Health Cards, Domicile Certificates, Caste Certificates, and other essential documents.
Beneficiaries expressed their gratitude towards the District Administration for reaching out at their doorsteps for redressal of their pending issues.
Interactive sessions between the officers, officials and community members were also held to enhance mutual understanding, verify ground realities, and identify service delivery gaps for prompt redressal.
Dharti Aaba Abhiyan is aimed for saturation of centrally sponsored schemes in far flung tribal villages of the district.
During the fortnightly Abhiyan, Awareness and Benefit Saturation Camps will be organized in 14 blocks of district Kupwara, targeting 14 tribal villages of these blocks for awareness and saturation of the individual benefit oriented schemes. |
