GANDERBAL: In continuation of the district-wide implementation of the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan (DA-JGUA), second outreach and benefit saturation camp was successfully organized today at Panchayat Wangath, Block Kangan in Ganderbal.
This initiative is part of the broader PM JANMAN (Pradhan Mantri Janjati Adivasi Nyaya Maha Abhiyan) and is designed to achieve 100% saturation of government schemes and entitlements for tribal communities through village-level service delivery and awareness-generation activities.
Camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from tribal beneficiaries, and was marked by the presence of sectoral officers, block-level officials, Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) members, frontline workers, and representatives from line departments and Common Services Centres (CSCs). Their collective efforts reinforced the multi-departmental convergence model envisioned under the campaign.
A wide range of essential government services and entitlements were provided on-the-spot, including Aadhaar enrolment and update, health screenings, scheme registrations, and other citizen-centric services.
In line with the campaign's core objective of benefit saturation, meticulous efforts were made to ensure that no eligible tribal household remains excluded from welfare schemes. |
