REASI: The officers and officials of District Administration Reasi, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Nidhi Malik observed a two-minute silence today in memory of Dr. Raj Kumar Thappa, Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Rajouri, and others who lost their lives due to cross-border shelling.
