Vice Chancellor Prof. Umesh Rai, who presided over the session, assured the attendees of time-bound infrastructural and academic developments at Bhaderwah Campus.

Addressing various public concerns, he emphasized the introduction of new academic programmes including science subjects, languages like Hindi, Sanskrit and Urdu as well as skill-based self-financing courses. He also highlighted initiatives like the ‘Design Your Degree' programme and shared updates on projects such as the seismic centre, hostel completion and plans for developing a cricket stadium of international standard.

Prof. Rai reassured the audience that Bhaderwah Campus is being positioned as a hub of academic innovation and will not be treated as a peripheral unit. "The next five to six months are crucial for visible transformation on the ground," he stated.
