Impart Swachhata, anti- drug awareness to students on daily basis: DC Kishtwar to teachers

KISHTWAR: Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar, Dr Devansh Yadav- today stressed on teachers to impart Nasha Mukt Bharat abhiyan and Swachhata Abhiyan awareness to students in morning assembly on a regular basis.
He was interacting with the staff and students during a surprise inspection of the Government Middle school Bagwan Mohalla Kishtwar conducted to take on the spot appraisal of the functioning of the school.
During inspection, the Deputy Commissioner checked Arrival, attendance registers besides enquired about implementation of PM-POShAN (Mid Day Meal).
He also inspected the classes and interacted with teachers and students to assess the learning outcomes.
The Deputy Commissioner asked the teachers to discharge their teaching-learning activities with utmost dedication and sincerity to achieve desired outcomes.
Besides, the Headmaster was directed to ensure the punctuality of staff and implementation of a biometric attendance system in the school.
The DC laid special thrust on the maintenance of Sanitation and Hygiene in MDM and cleanliness at School besides imparting awareness under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and Swachhata Abhiyan in the morning assembly on regular basis.
