Jammu city traffic wing hosts voters’ awareness program under SVEEP

JAMMU: SSP Traffic City Jammu today chaired a Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program attended by officers/officials of the city wing of the Traffic Department here.

The attendees were briefed about the guidelines set by the Election commission of India.

The participants were educated regarding their right to vote and stress was laid to ensure maximum electoral participation during the forthcoming General Parliament Elections.

SSP Traffic City Jammu, while amplifying public information among the members of the traffic wing, highlighted the theory of “Greater participation for a stronger democracy and also directed the officer/officials to garner public cooperation for the smooth conduct of Parliamentary Election-2024.
