District Doda wins two awards in Kayakalp 2022-23

DODA: In the Kayakalp 2022-23 awards declared by the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, District Doda has been recognised for its excellence in public health facilities.

The initiative encourages facilities to work towards standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Community Health Centre (CHC) Bhaderwah received a commendation award and Health and Wellness Centre (HWC) Dhar was named a winner under the Kayakalp Programme of the National Health Mission.

Chief Medical Officer, Dr AH Zargar, congratulated both health facilities and expressed gratitude to the Block Medical Officers and staff for achieving this award. He hoped that all other facilities in the district will achieve many milestones in the future.

Dr Zargar said that the award acknowledges the district's best performance on different health indicators and will further motivate them to work exceptionally well in other fields.
