A Kutch man took his 85-year-old mother to Agra to fulfill her wish of seeing the Taj Mahal. A photo of her lying on the stretcher outside the Taj Mahal has gone viral on social media.

Ibrahim's mother expressed her wish to visit the Taj Mahal. However, she has been bedridden for 32 years due to her back problem.

Ibrahim decided to take a train journey from Kutch to Agra to fulfill his mother's wish.

When Ibrahim was told that people in wheelchairs were allowed inside the Taj Mahal, he requested the authorities. "People on stretchers are not allowed. I showed the authorities that my mother is on a stretcher but she uses a wheelchair only. That's when the authorities allowed us to enter," Ibrahim said.

"85 saal ki ma ki dili ichha thi Taj Mahal ghumne ki. Beta Gujarat se Agra le aaya. Stretcher par buzurg maa ki tasveer. (The 85-year-old mother had a heartfelt desire to visit the Taj Mahal... the son brought her from Gujarat to Agra. There is a picture of an elderly mother on a stretcher)," the photo going viral on social media is captioned.

The viral photo of Ibrahim's mother on a stretcher in front of the Taj Mahal has won the hearts of several netizens. They called Ibrahim the modern-day Shravan Kumar.
