Not on board of company in probe for alleged bank default, clarifies Vikram Malhotra

JAMMU: With reference to the news item appearing in a section of press on Saturday, senior political leader Vikram Malhotra has sought to clarify that he is not Director on board of the A3 Infrastructure.

Vikram Malhotra has said that he had resigned from the said Company way back in 2014.

This can be verified from Registrar of Companies and all other relevant authorities.

Vikram Malhotra has further clarified : "The A3 Infrastructure, to the best of my knowledge and belief and as also verified from most latest documents, is not in any wilful default with the back. An amount of Rs 5.8 Crore already stands paid to the back against a loan amount of Rs 5 Crore. Payment of further amount against interest etc is under progress towards final settlement of the accounts to satisfaction of the bank.

Vikram Malhotra has said that he respects the ACB mandate to undertake investigations but the news report implicating him in bank loan default is not based on facts and hence denied.
